Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is partnering with a growing behavioral health organization to deliver high-quality ABA services. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with the autonomy and support clinicians need to succeed in a collaborative environment.

Locations include Columbia, Kansas City, and St. Louis, Missouri, with nationwide opportunities across multiple states. You'll conduct assessments, provide supervision, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA or RBT enrollment in graduate BCBA program
• Active certification and licensure where required
• Master's degree in ABA or related field with coursework

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
• Mentor RBTs and other clinical staff
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state standards

Compensation

• Strong base salary + monthlyperformance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
• Relocation assistanceavailable (up to $20K- location dependent)

Qualifications

• Required: BCBA or BCaBAcertification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
• Master's degree (or higher)in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analyticcoursework
• Active certification andlicensure (where required)
