Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Missouri to lead individualized ABA programs in in-home and school settings. You will develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams to ensure holistic care.

The role requires a current BCBA, a master’s degree in ABA/ Psychology/ Education, and at least 1 year of ABA experience with supervision. Competitive pay and benefits accompany leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA with direct supervision of RBTs (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
