Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Missouri to join a values-driven team. You will develop and adjust ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams to ensure holistic care.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, documentation, leadership, and ongoing professional development, with in-home, clinic, and school-based service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must hold active BCBA certification with BACB
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required
• At least 1 year ABA experience with direct supervision of RBTs preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R assessments
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with hands-on training
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings

What You’ll Do as a BCBA:

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings

What You’ll Need:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
