Job summary

Shining Steps ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical ABA programs across in-home, clinic, and school-based settings. You will develop and adjust treatment plans, perform VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R assessments, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with families and school teams to ensure comprehensive, evidence-based care.

The role requires BCBA certification in good standing, a master’s degree in a related field, and strong leadership and communication skills to advance

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities essential for team supervision.
• Experience in ABA with direct supervision of RBTs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with hands-on training.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams for holistic care.

What You’ll Do as a BCBA:

• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care

What You’ll Need:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA with direct supervision of RBTs (preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes
