Job summary

Behavioral Health Field, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children with autism and developmental disabilities across Tennessee.

You will assess, write and update treatment plans, supervise RBTs delivering therapy in families' homes and schools, and train parents—in person and by telehealth. The role includes analyzing session data, adjusting programs as needed, and writing insurer reports for authorization and reauthorization.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Tennessee behavior analyst license required or eligibility.
• Commitment to the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
• English and Spanish language skills are a plus (families may speak Spanish at home).

• Analyze session data and adjust programs when the data says to.
• Train parents and caregivers, and coordinate with your clients' schools.
• Write the reports insurers need for authorization and reauthorization.

What you bring

• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• The behavior analyst license Tennessee requires, or eligibility to obtain it.
