You will design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, supervising RBTs and caregivers, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include a Masters degree and active BCBA certification, plus licensure steps and a valid driver's license.

• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date.
• Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
• Background/drug screenings and driving record must be clean.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention.
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
