Behavioral Health Field, Inc. seeks a BCBA to lead ABA programs for children with autism across Georgia. You will assess, write and update treatment plans, supervise RBTs delivering therapy in families' homes and schools, and train parents — in person and by telehealth.

Responsibilities include data analysis, program adjustments, and coordination with schools, with reports prepared for insurers.

Qualificações

• Current BCBA certification required.
• GA behavior analyst license or eligibility to obtain it.
• Commitment to BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
• English and Spanish language skills are a plus.

What you will do

• Supervise RBTs in person and by telehealth, and keep supervision documented.
• Analyze session data and adjust programs when the data says to.
• Train parents and caregivers, and coordinate with your clients' schools.
• Write the reports insurers need for authorization and reauthorization.

What you bring

• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• The behavior analyst license Georgia requires, or eligibility to obtain it.
• A commitment to the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
• English and Spanish is a plus — many of our families speak Spanish at home.
