Job summary

ABA Centers of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee ABA programs for children with autism and their families.

The role includes supervising RBTs and caregivers, conducting assessments, and supporting BCBA certification progress. Requires a Master’s degree and BCBA certification, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to high-quality care with excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate licensure process in the respective state before start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor ABA skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Supervise RBTs and caregivers implementing behavior-analytic programs.
• Conduct assessments related to need for behavioral intervention.
• Provide supervision for others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
