Job summary

Behavioral Health Field, Inc. seeks a licensed BCBA to lead ABA programs for children with autism and developmental disabilities across Virginia. You will assess, write and update treatment plans, supervise RBTs who deliver therapy in families' homes and schools, and train parents—in person and by telehealth.

Responsibilities include data-driven program adjustments, coordinating with schools, and writing insurer reports for authorization and reauthorization. English required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Virginia behavior analyst license or eligibility must be established.
• Proficiency with data-driven decision making and ethics guidelines.

• Analyze session data and adjust programs when the data says to.
• Train parents and caregivers, and coordinate with your clients' schools.
• Write the reports insurers need for authorization and reauthorization.

What you bring

• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• The behavior analyst license Virginia requires, or eligibility to obtain it.
• A commitment to the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
• English and Spanish is a plus - many of our families speak Spanish at home.
