Behavioral Health Field, Inc. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead applied behavior analysis programs for children with autism and developmental disabilities across Texas.

You will assess and write individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs in homes and schools, and train parents both in person and via telehealth. You will also analyze data, adjust programs, and prepare the reports insurers require for authorization and reauthorization.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Texas license or eligibility required.
• Commitment to BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
• Spanish language skills are a plus and beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Supervise RBTs in person and by telehealth, and keep supervision documented.
• Analyze session data and adjust programs when the data says to.
• Train parents and caregivers, and coordinate with your clients' schools.
• Write the reports insurers need for authorization and reauthorization.

What you bring

• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• The behavior analyst license Texas requires, or eligibility to obtain it.
• A commitment to the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
• English and Spanish is a plus — many of our families speak Spanish at home.
