We are looking for a part‑time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Cohannet Academy, located within Taunton State Hospital. This position offers the opportunity to bring an energetic and positive approach while working with adolescent biological females aged 13‑18 in a trauma‑informed intensive residential treatment program.

Schedule: 20 hours per week with flexible hours ranging from days to evenings.

Compensation: $38.00 to $48.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial functional behavioral assessments.
• Develop treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to program staff and families to ensure effective implementation of the plans.
