Software Placement Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its Rhode Island clinical team. The position focuses on delivering ABA services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, guiding frontline staff and partnering with families and schools.

Responsibilities include assessments, intervention planning, supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with families to support progress. On-site, with a flexible FT/PT schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Overview

A behavioral health services provider is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its clinical team in Rhode Island. This role is central to delivering high-quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, while guiding frontline staff and partnering with families and schools.

What you'll do

Compensation and benefits

• Eligible candidates may receive a relocation bonus of up to $10,000, distributed over a 12-month period following their start date
