Overview

A behavioral health services provider is seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its clinical team. The BCBA will assess client needs, develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, and provide clinical guidance to ensure high-quality, evidence-based ABA services that help clients and families achieve meaningful progress.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skills assessments, and ongoing evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ABA treatment programs based on client needs
• Analyze behavioral and skill-acquisition data to evaluate progress and make appropriate treatment modifications
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing clinical support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), and other direct-care staff
• Conduct regular client observations and supervision sessions in accordance with clinical and organizational requirements
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, therapists, and other professionals involved in the client's care

Required qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
• Current state licensure where required
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized ABA treatment plans
