Are you the part‑time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) we have been looking for? In this position, youwillbe ableto conveyyourpassionforhelping otherswith a dynamic teamby bringing anenergetic and positive approachwhile working with youth that we serve!

Centerpoint is a 16‑bed Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) for emotionally disturbed adolescent males. The primary mission of Centerpoint is the treatment and rehabilitation of adolescent males with mental illness and challenging behaviors. Centerpoint provides a secure, clinically intensive residential program that enhances growth and coping skills. The program's ultimate goal is to enable each resident to attain optimal psychological and social growth; to transition to a less restrictive setting and eventually into the greater community.

Schedule: 20 hours per week. You will have flexibility in hours ranging from days into evening.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $38.00 to $48.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

We are looking for a part‑time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver comprehensive support across various skills, including communication, social interaction, education, and daily living. This will primarily involve creating programs tailored to the unique needs of each client.

In this role, you will:
  • Conduct initial Functional Behavioral Assessment's.
  • Develop treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to program staff and families to ensure effective implementation of the plans.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years or older.
  • Master's Degree.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Afternoon into early evening availability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
