Job summary

KidsPeace in Bloomsburg, PA, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as the primary therapist on its Treatment Team. In this role, you will coordinate treatment services for clients and supervise the Therapeutic Staff Support and Registered Behavior Technicians. Ideal candidates will hold a Master's or Doctoral Degree in Human Services, possess a BCBA certificate, and have at least two years of relevant experience, especially with individuals with autism. Position Overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Community Programs serves as the primary therapist on the Treatment Team, coordinating all treatment services for each client on his/her caseload. The BCBA is responsible for clinically supervising the Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) and/or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) assigned to his/her cases.
