Achie vements ABA Therapy in GA seeks a dedicated BCBA to lead assessments, treatment planning, and supervision in home, daycare, and school settings. Remote or in-person services are available across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

You will train parents, participate in team meetings, and ensure HIPAA and BACB guidelines are followed. Back-office support focuses on clinical excellence and growth opportunities while you deliver

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision and parent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to support clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience

• Must live in/within 50 miles of GA!
