Ach commitments ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide in-home, daycare, and school-based services across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona. You will develop personalized treatment plans, supervise RBTs (remote or in-person), and train parents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence with back-office support to focus on care. Compensation ranges from $85.00 to $100.00 per hour, contingent on experience, with benefits including

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; dedication to helping children with autism.
• Passion for delivering positive outcomes for children and families.
• Must live within 50 miles of GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless client support.
