Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCBA to drive outcomes for children with autism. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and training parents across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona. You’ll collaborate with schools, daycares, and homes to ensure consistent, clinically sound care.

The position offers flexible delivery (remote or in-person) and strong mentorship, with a focus on professional growth and comprehensive client support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person supervision to RBTs ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure coordination and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to support clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience
