Job summary

B Above Services in Connecticut seeks a dedicated BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families, aligning with best practices and ethical guidelines.

You will conduct assessments, adjust goals, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and travel locally as needed, with flexible scheduling and performance-based bonuses. Health insurance, CEUs, referrals bonuses, and career advancement are available.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and ABA programs.
  • Reliable transportation and local travel willingness.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
