Job summary

B Above Services is seeking a BCBA for supervisory and clinical leadership to develop and oversee ABA treatment plans for children and families in Indiana. You will conduct assessments, adjust goals as clients progress, and mentor RBTs while collaborating with families.

This role emphasizes ethical practice and interdisciplinary teamwork. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and a genuine passion for improving lives through evidence-based ABA

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities
