Job summary

B Above Services is seeking a BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families in the New Albany area.

The role requires supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards. Flexible scheduling allows part-time or full-time hours, with opportunities for career advancement and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required.
  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedback.

Education

Master’s degree in ABA or related field
BCBA certification

Leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Compensation
  • $70–$90 per hour (based on experience)
