Job summary

B Above Services in Indiana is seeking a BCBA to lead and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families. You will conduct assessments, set progress-based goals, and ensure services meet ethical and regulatory standards.

In this role, you will supervise RBTs, provide ongoing training and feedback, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes. Travel locally may be required; a compassionate, leadership-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Passion for improving lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

Compensation
