Job summary

B Above Services is seeking a BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families in the Asheville area. You will conduct assessments, adjust goals based on client progress, and supervise RBTs with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Masters in ABA or related field required
• BCBA certification required
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs preferred
