Job summary

B Above Services is seeking a BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families in Virginia. The role involves conducting assessments, adjusting goals, and ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise and mentor RBTs, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and travel locally as needed. Flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time options, competitive hourly pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
