Job summary

B Above Services in North Carolina is seeking a licensed BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families in a clinical setting.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to drive meaningful outcomes while adhering to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism.
