Job summary

Achivements ABA Therapy in North Carolina seeks a dedicated BCBA to advance clinical excellence across in-home, daycare, and school settings. You’ll lead treatment planning, supervise RBTs remotely or in person, conduct parent training, and participate in team meetings while ensuring HIPAA and BACB compliance.

This role offers flexible hours (part-time and full-time) with competitive compensation and benefits including 401(k), PTO, mentorship, CEUs, health/dental/vision, and admin support.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification with BACB oversight.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
  • Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with dedication to helping children with autism.
  • Bilingual is a plus, though not required.
  • Must have NC LBA or be in process to obtain it.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation:

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience
