Achivements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead clinical supervision and intervention across home, daycare, and school settings in North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona. You will develop individualized treatment plans and train parents while coordinating with teams to ensure continuity of care.

This role offers flexible in-home and on-site opportunities, strong mentorship, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive back-office environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required (BACB).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Must hold NC LBA or be in process to obtain NC LBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation

• $90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience
