Job summary

Achivements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide in-home and in-school supervision across Georgia and North Carolina. You will develop tailored treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and train parents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence with back-office support, offering a focus on meaningful outcomes for children with autism and their families. Flexible in-person or remote supervision is available.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
  • Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
  • Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
  • Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
  • Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia and North Carolina, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, you’ll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation:

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience.

Job Types: Part-Time and Full-Time

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience.
