Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Pinehurst NC. This role offers a competitive salary and sign-on bonus, a manageable caseload with 25 billable hours, and opportunities for mentorship within a multidisciplinary clinic.

You will conduct functional assessments, supervise RBTs, train families, collaborate with schools, and maintain records for insurance and treatment plan reviews.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure (or eligibility)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviewsComplete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Pinehurst NC! We offer on-site CPR training as well as Safety-Care training for our BCBAs.

Our clinic embraces aplay-based, assent-based, child-led approachto ABA. Our clinicians utilizeNatural Environment Teaching (NET)strategies based on clinical judgment and what best meets each child's unique needs.

• Salary Range: $95,000 – $107,000/year (base + monthly performance bonuses)
