Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback.
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews.
• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week.

Full-Time or Part-Time | $95k-$107K | $5K sign-on bonus

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Cameron, NC! We offer on-site CPR training as well as Safety-Care training for our BCBAs.

Our clinic embraces aplay-based, assent-based, child-led approachto ABA. We believe meaningful progress happens through trusting relationships, motivation, and individualized treatment—not one-size-fits-all programming. Our clinicians utilizeNatural Environment Teaching (NET)strategies based on clinical judgment and what best meets each child's unique needs.

• Salary Range: $95,000 – $107,000/year (base + monthly performance bonuses)
• Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: $5,000 for Full-Time!
