Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPRO Heritage, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our pediatric outpatient ABA clinic in Pinehurst, North Carolina.

This role offers full-time or part-time opportunities with a $95,000–$107,000 annual compensation range including bonus potential and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with a collaborative, growth-focused clinical environment supporting children and families.

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed as a BCBA.
  • At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and design measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland)
  • Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations
  • Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations
  • Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings
  • Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers
  • Stay current on research and evidence-based practices
  • Maintain accurate CAQH profile and NPI
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators
  • Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR
  • Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly
  • Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics
