Heartlinks ABA IN is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Indiana team and support children with autism through individualized programs. The role emphasizes reducing admin tasks, scheduling flexibility, and cases matched to your skills, with supervision by senior directors and a strong focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
BCBA certification is mandatory.
Access to reliable transportation.
Strong interpersonal and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism; direct therapy under supervision.
Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
Create, implement, and monitor behavior plans.
Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on instructional programs and behavior plans.

Your job at Heartlinks ABA as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:

Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism and related disorders. Students receive direct therapy. The BCBA will be supervised by the Executive Director & Clinical Director.
Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans
Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.

Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
