Job summary

Heartlinks ABA IN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct behavioral analysis services to students with autism. You will work under supervision of the Executive Director & Clinical Director and collaborate with a dedicated treatment team.

The role emphasizes creating and monitoring instructional programs, behavior plans, and staff training, with a focus on work-life balance and minimized administrative tasks. Travel requirements are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism and related disorders.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Create, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans.

Your job at Heartlinks ABA as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:

• Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism and related disorders. Students receive direct therapy. The BCBA will be supervised by the Executive Director & Clinical Director.

• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans

• Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.

  Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
