Heartlinks ABA IN is seeking qualified BCBAs to provide high-quality behavioral analysis services to children with autism. You will work alongside our Clinical Director, with travel to schools and homes, and receive substantial administrative support to focus on therapy.

Qualifications

Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
Current BCBA certification is required.
Access to reliable transportation.
Strong interpersonal and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism; direct therapy supervised by Executive/Clinical Director.
Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
Create, implement, and monitor behavior plans.
Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans; work well in teams.

Your job at Heartlinks ABA as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:

Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism and related disorders. Students receive direct therapy. The BCBA will be supervised by the Executive Director & Clinical Director.
Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans
Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans. Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
