Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism, with supervision from our Executive Director and Clinical Director. You will develop and refine instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
• Ability to work well with others as part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism and related disorders, with direct therapy supervised by the Executive and Clinical Directors.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Create, implement, and monitor behavior plans.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing programs and behavior plans.

Your job at Heartlinks ABA as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:

• Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism and related disorders. Students receive direct therapy. The BCBA will be supervised by the Executive Director & Clinical Director.

• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans

• Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.

  Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.

• Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification is required.

• Access to reliable transportation.

• Strong interpersonal and writing skills.

• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
