Heartlinks ABA IN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct behavioral analysis services for students with autism. The position includes supervising by the Executive Director & Clinical Director and a focus on individualized program development.

We offer flexible hours, travel with on-the-road work, and extensive benefits. Applicants should hold BCBA certification, a Master’s degree, and have strong writing and teamwork skills to support our clients and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism; direct therapy.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Create, implement, and monitor behavior plans.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.

Your job at Heartlinks ABA as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:

• Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism and related disorders. Students receive direct therapy. The BCBA will be supervised by the Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans
• Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.

Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.
