Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking qualified BCBAs to provide high-quality behavioral analysis services to children with autism. You will be supervised by the Executive Director and Clinical Director, and you’ll develop and monitor instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism and related disorders; direct therapy under supervision.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Create, implement, and monitor behavior plans.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.

Your job at Heartlinks ABA as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA:

• Provide behavioral analysis services for students with autism and related disorders. Students receive direct therapy. The BCBA will be supervised by the Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans
• Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.

Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification is required.
