Job summary

Mercy Plus in Michigan seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join multiple centers. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise BCBAs and RBTs, while collaborating closely with families and schools to support meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Michigan Behavior Analyst license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and model clinical skills for Technicians and RBTs.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Monitor progress data and update programming as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation and assessments.
• Collaborate with families, technicians, schools, and care team members.
