Job summary

Mercy Plus seeks a Clinical Director across multiple Michigan locations to balance a reduced caseload with leadership oversight, mentorship, and center development. You will support BCBAs and technicians, uphold clinical quality, and drive system improvements while staying connected to direct client care.

Ideal candidates hold an active MI-BCBA certification, state licensure, and a track record of leadership in ABA services.

Responsibilities
