Mercy Plus in Michigan is seeking a BCaBA-certified clinician to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise Behavior Technicians, monitor progress, and provide parent training. The role emphasizes flexibility with a 25 billable hour weekly core, center-based activity, and allowed remote work for non-billable tasks.
Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), CE support, and monthly bonus opportunities up to 12k.
At Mercy Plus, we’re building a more flexible approach to center-based ABA. We want our clinicians spending their time where it matters most, supporting clients, families, and their clinical teams, while giving them greater autonomy over how they structure their workweek.
$70,000–$80,000 annually
BCaBAs are eligible for our monthly clinical performance bonus program, with the opportunity to earn up to $12,000 annually in bonuses based on clinical performance and billable hours.
Our full-time BCaBAs expectation is 25 billable hours per week. Time in the center is primarily focused around client care, supervision, and the needs of your caseload, while eligible non-billable work can be completed from home.
This gives clinicians more flexibility to structure their week without the expectation of being in the center for a traditional 40-hour schedule.
Because our clients receive services throughout the day, some later-day availability is needed to support after-school clients, supervision, and parent training.
Full-time team members are eligible for:
Join Mercy Plus and be part of a clinical team that values quality care, clinician autonomy, and a workweek built around what matters most.
