Pay Range: $80,000–$110,100
(Total annual compensation, including bonus incentives)

Healing Haven is a state‑of‑the‑art behavioral clinic serving children with autism and their families. Our Farmington Hills clinic features a renovated school clinic designed for children up to age 8, with large classrooms, therapy rooms, and outdoor play areas. We treat the family as a whole, often including siblings and parents in therapy. Services include a 3‑month parent training clinic, speech therapy, occupational therapy, autism diagnostic testing and assessment, and daytime center‑based programs.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

Conduct assessment activities related to behavioral interventions

Design, execute, and monitor ABA therapy treatment programs

Oversee implementation of behavioral programs by clinical staff

Provide training, develop behavioral systems, and manage team performance

Facilitate parent meetings and training to ensure consistency between home and clinic

Complete comprehensive client goals and required documentation for insurance reimbursement and clinical review

Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals involved in client care

Stay current with research and emerging methodologies in behavior analysis

Provide oversight of company programs and employees as related to behavioral analysis

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Behavior Analyst license valid in Michigan

• 2+ years of experience preferred

Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and autism

Ability to maintain a caseload of billable hours within a structured clinical model

Effective oral and written communication skills
