Job summary

Mercy Plus is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy across multiple Michigan locations, including Alma, Farmington Hills, and more. No certification is required—paid training and BCBA supervision are provided.

You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized goals and collect data. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a passion for helping children with autism, and reliable, compassionate communication.

Responsibilities
