Qualifications

• BCBA certification and Michigan license required or soon-to-be obtained.
• 2+ years of BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and autism.
• Ability to maintain a billable caseload within a structured clinical model.
• Effective oral and written communication; mentoring skills encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment activities related to behavioral interventions.
• Design, execute, and monitor ABA therapy treatment programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavioral programs by clinical staff.
• Provide training, develop behavioral systems, and manage team performance.
• Facilitate parent meetings and training to ensure home/clinic consistency.
• Complete goals and documentation for insurance reimbursement and review.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals involved in client care.
• Stay current with research and emerging methodologies in behavior analysis.
• Provide oversight of company programs and employees as related to behavioral analysis.

Our one-of-a-kind Madison Heights campus includes four specialized clinics designed to serve children and young adults at every stage of life. Summary of Essential Job Functions

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Behavior Analyst license valid in Michigan

Ability to maintain a caseload of billable hours within a structured clinical model

Managerial experience preferred but not required

Effective oral and written communication skills

Ability to lead with a positive attitude, even during stressful situations

Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services
