Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our pediatric ABA team serving children with ASD in home and school settings.

You will design and supervise data-driven behavior plans, analyze progress, and partner with families to promote meaningful change. As a BCBA you will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, collaborate with clinicians and office staff, and lead program development with a family-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience.
• Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.).
• Ability to implement data collections systems and develop programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise data-driven behavior plans to reduce challenging behaviors and teach functional skills.
• Direct and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinicians, families and office staff for program development and effective implementation.

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience
• Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (such as Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.)

Expectations:

• Implement data collections systems that work for you and your families
• Organize, review, and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach (training available if needed)
• Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills to children of various ages and skill sets
• Direct and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians
• Work collaboratively and effectively with clinicians, office staff, families and directors
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary
