Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks an experienced BCBA to join our pediatric ABA therapy team. We provide in-home and in-school services to children with ASD and developmental disabilities, with a mission to improve lives through evidence-based practices.

The role offers both part-time and full-time positions, a sign-on bonus, competitive pay, leadership opportunities, and ongoing CEU-driven trainings with monthly sessions led by the clinic director.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience.
• Familiarity with assessments such as Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Implement data collections systems that work for families and clinics.
• Organize, review, and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach.
• Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills.
• Direct and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians.
• Work collaboratively with clinicians, office staff, families and directors.
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs and adjust as necessary.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (such as Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.)

• Organize, review, and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach (training available if needed)
• Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills to children of various ages and skill sets
• Direct and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians
• Work collaboratively and effectively with clinicians, office staff, families and directors
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary
