Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. in Massachusetts seeks an experienced BCBA to support children with ASD both in-home and at school. The role offers part-time or full-time positions with flexible scheduling and competitive pay, with opportunities for leadership and program development.

The candidate will implement data collection, oversee Central Reach data, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with clinicians, families, and directors to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience.
• Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Implement data collection systems for families.
• Organize and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach.
• Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills.
• Direct and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinicians, office staff, families and directors.
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs and adjust as needed.

Requirements:
