Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team providing in-home and school-based ABA services for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities in Massachusetts.

The role involves supervising Registered Behavioral Technicians, developing individualized programs, and implementing robust data collection systems to support treatment plans. The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification with at least one year of home-based ABA experience and is skilled in

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience.
• Familiarity with Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc., or similar assessments.
• Ability to implement and maintain data collection systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement data collections systems for families and clinicians.
• Organize and maintain data collection for program development (Central Reach training available).
• Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills.
• Direct and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinicians, office staff, families and directors.
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs and adjust as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience
• Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (such as Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.)

Expectations:

• Implement data collections systems that work for you and your families
• Organize, review, and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach (training available if needed)
• Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills to children of various ages and skill sets
• Direct and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians
• Work collaboratively and effectively with clinicians, office staff, families and directors
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary
