Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our dynamic ABA pediatric therapy team.

We serve children with ASD in-home and in-school settings, delivering evidence-based behavior analytic services and collaborating with families. The role offers part-time or full-time positions, flexible scheduling, leadership opportunities, and free CEUs, with a supportive clinic director providing monthly trainings.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience.
• Familiarity with a variety of clinical assessments (Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Implement data collection systems and maintain data for programs.
• Organize and review data collection on Central Reach for program development.
• Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills.
• Direct and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinicians, staff, families and directors; adjust programs as needed.

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience

Expectations:

• Implement data collections systems that work for you and your families
• Organize, review, and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach (training available if needed)
• Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills to children of various ages and skill sets
• Direct and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians
• Work collaboratively and effectively with clinicians, office staff, families and directors
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary
