Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking an experienced BCBA to join a dynamic team serving children with ASD in-home and in school settings. The role emphasizes data-driven program development, supervision of RBTs, and collaboration with clinicians and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience.
• Familiarity with a variety of clinical assessments (Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Implement data collection systems that work for you and your families.
• Organize, review, and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach (training available).
• Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills to children of various ages.
• Direct and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinicians, office staff, families and directors.
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs and assess performance of programs.

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience
