Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team providing home-based ABA therapy for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

The role involves implementing data collection systems, developing behavior plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians in collaboration with clinicians and families. Both part-time and full-time positions are available with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and 1+ year home-based ABA experience.
• Familiar with Central Reach data systems (training available).
• Familiarity with Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS assessments.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and collaborate with families and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Implement data collection systems for families.
• Organize and review data for program development in Central Reach.
• Develop behavior plans and teach functional skills.
• Direct and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinicians, office staff, families and directors.
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs and adjust as needed.

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification and at least 1 year of home-based ABA experience
• Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (such as Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.)

Expectations:

• Implement data collections systems that work for you and your families
• Organize, review, and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach (training available if needed)
• Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills to children of various ages and skill sets
• Direct and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians
• Work collaboratively and effectively with clinicians, office staff, families and directors
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary
